what are the basic problems of the cooperative? what is solution

 There are several problems facing the cooperative :

 1: disagreements that members face. 

2: some people are not serious and depend on others.

3:  Lack of operational control.

 And this are the solutions 

1: By always stimulating teamwork and engaging in the opinions of others.

2: By doing research, courses and symposiums that develop them, that create more reliable and meaningful people.

 3: By ensuring the periodic development of the regulatory system and the division of Labour into separate groups in order to facilitate oversight.
